Here at the Woodbridge Smokehouse we pride ourselves on using only natural, 100% Australian (especially Tasmanian) ingredients to make our award-winning smoked fish products. Our ingredients come from both local Tasmanian companies and inter-state suppliers.

We source only the freshest Ocean Trout and Salmon from Tasmanian suppliers such as Huon Aquaculture and Petuna Seafoods, our spices from century-old Australian company Saxa Salt as well as sugar from Queensland cane country by Bundaberg Sugar. We know these ingredients help us make the award winning products we have established as Australia’s best.

To help all our Woodbridge products be recognised we have sought others to qualify our processes so we can be sure we are using the best practises and ingredients. We have established product and manufacturing links with Australian Made, our hot and cold smoked products have Kosher Australia certification and we proudly support Brand Tasmania as well.
