A classic combination of cream cheese, Woodbridge Smokehouse smoked salmon, capers and Spanish onion, toasted inside a Turkish roll. Perfect for breakfast lunch or supper.

2 Turkish bread rolls
50g cream cheese
½ small Spanish onion
2 tsp baby capers
100g packet Woodbridge Smokehouse Cold Smoked Salmon
1 small avocado
Freshly ground black pepper


Slice the Turkish rolls open. Top two halves with cream cheese, finely sliced onion, baby capers, smoked salmon and avocado. Season with pepper, to taste.

Top with the roll lids.

Place in a sandwich press. Toast for 5-6 minutes until the rolls are golden and crunchy.

Cut each roll in half and serve.
